New usersWelcome to SGS LAND — a new-generation, AI-powered real estate CRM and management platform. This guide gets you across every feature in the shortest time possible.

Your first 5 steps

Create an account and verify your email
Go to Sign up, enter your full name, work email and password. Check your inbox and click the verification link within 30 minutes. Your account is activated immediately after verification.

Complete your profile
Go to Profile → add your photo, phone number, job title and branch. A complete profile helps leads recognise you faster across omnichannel conversations.

Add your first lead
Go to Leads → click "+ Add Lead" → fill in name, phone, requirement and source. The AI scores the lead automatically (0–100) against 12 criteria.

Add a property to your inventory
Go to Inventory → click "+ Add property" → choose a type, enter the address, area and price. Use AI Valuation to benchmark the market price before publishing.

Connect Zalo / Facebook Messenger
Go to Settings → Channels → connect your Zalo OA or Facebook Page. From then on every customer message lands in the omnichannel Inbox.
Finish these 5 steps in about 15 minutes — the AI then starts suggesting next actions based on your real data.
